Diagnosis : Severe Deep bite and backwardly positioned and extruded upper front teeth.
Treatment plan and execution : Uprighting and intrusion of upper front teeth with fixed braces followed by heavy elastic wear to improve growth of the lower jaw.
Result : Correction of deep bite followed by growth of the lower jaw leading to an even smile and a good chin projection.
