Diagnosis : The space present at the region of the missing tooth was inadequate to place a dental implant as the tooth present adjacent to the missing space had tipped into it.
Treatment plan and execution : The treatment was planned in 2 phases:-
a) Orthodontic phase : A micro screw orthodontic implant was used as a support to upright the tipped tooth.
b) Dental implant phase : After the space was created for the dental implant by orthodontics, dental implant with crown was placed.
Result : The missing tooth was replaced with an optimum sized implant and a good occlusion.
