Diagnosis : Open bite
Treatment plan and execution : To close the existing spaces and retract the front teeth with fixed braces. Ceramic braces were desired by the patient to reduce the visibility of the braces.
Closure of the open bite was done by placing a tongue trainer initially followed by intrusion of the upper molars with microscrew implants to close the open bite.
Result : All the spaces between the teeth were closed followed by closure of the open bite.
