Diagnosis : Mixed dentition period with multiple deciduous (milk) teeth present. Upper and lower front teeth display severe irregularity.
Treatment plan and execution : Placement of space maintainers in upper and lower jaws and extraction of all deciduous teeth. After eruption of all permanent teeth 1st premolars in all four quadrants were extracted and alignment was done with fixed braces.
Result : Well aligned upper and lower teeth and a pleasant smile.
