Diagnosis : Insufficient space available in both jaws for the teeth.
Treatment plan and execution : To create space for the correction of irregular teeth four teeth were extracted and fixed orthodontics/braces were placed. Upper space maintainer was placed.
Result : At the end of the treatment all the remaining teeth got aligned and the patient had an improved smile.
