Diagnosis : Retro positioned upper front teeth and irregular lower front teeth with backwardly positioned lower jaw
Treatment plan and execution : After aligning the upper and lower arches with fixed braces, a fixed functional appliance (lower jaw forward positioning appliance) was attached to the fixed braces.
Result : The fixed functional appliance gave good positioning to the lower jaw and with the help of fixed braces finishing and detailing of the bite was achieved.
